*RD does not provide counselling during check-in; only used for support, accountability, and

Monthly Support Plan
Virtual meeting with RD bi-weekly (30 min. sessions), plus weekly email or phone call check-in.

Health and Wellness Package
Work with RD for diet analysis and support to reach specific health goal(s) with four 30-minute nutrition counselling sessions, with a specific focus of weight loss and management. Sessions can be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly per preference.

Emily is a two-time graduate of University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. She first achieved her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration & Marketing. She worked in food-service management after graduating, but always had a passion for living a healthy lifestyle. She returned to University of Wisconsin-Green Bay for a Bachelor's in Dietetics, and completed a 9-month dietetic internship shortly after.
Throughout school she volunteered with Feeding America-Fox Cities, UWGB Campus Kitchen, and was a member of the Marketing Committee at her church. She worked in Nutrition Services at Bellin Health Hospital and works casual part-time for Festival Foods.
Throughout her dietetic internship, she was able to gain experience working with Winnebago Mental Health Institute, the Green Bay VA, Grow It Forward-Manitowoc, the Sheboygan School District, Xperience Fitness, Bellin Health Outpatient Services, and Festival Foods' Support Office.
